Who is more racist, Non-Ethnic Whites, or Ethnic Whites?

I'm not sure, I tend to shun pretty much anyone who acts like an uneducated bigot, so I really don't have much experience with racist people. My family is ethnically Italian, German, and Irish, and we prefer to judge people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I guess that's just because we have more common sense than others...
