What is the most top form Human race, in terms of indigous of nations.?

I think the Spartans of Sparta were pretty well up there with the best of the best. Not many people messed with them twice...... and lived. It depends really what you classify as best though. Best at what? Best as a 'humane' society, best as warriors, best as athletes, philosophy innovation and architecture? In which case, I would say the Greeks during Alexander The Great were possibly the number one race all round historically. The Romans were also up there, but tended to steal everyone else's architecture and ideas and mutate them into their own.
