Help me! toilet problem?

my toilet is clogged up and wpn't flush at all. i have had bad stomach aches and its mad the toilet worse. in my house, i have my parents, sister and 3 kids and a wife living here so the toilet is nearly full of our poo. please help me! what should i do? no plumber has the guts to fix it and i am too scared caz i have no balls. thank you.
